About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for driving dealer engagement and revenue growth for Masonite door systems. Collaborating with various stakeholders and managing regional markets for product visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers and door shops to expand Masonite's share of wallet in assigned geography.
  • Provide training, resources, and support to channel partners to ensure they are equipped to effectively sell Masonite door systems and components.
  • Support new product launches and product share growth initiatives to drive premium mix.
  • Collaborate with sales enablement and channel marketing to develop promotions, events, and campaigns that increase brand visibility and generate growth.
  • Stay informed about market conditions, competitor activities, and industry trends, using this knowledge to adjust channel strategies as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
  • Direct sales experience of 3 - 5 years preferred
  • Ability to travel as business needs dictate - up to 70% of the time
