About the role

  • AVP, Credit Sales Manager driving J.Crew credit card program in the San Francisco Bay Area with significant travel required. Maintaining client relationships and developing store-level execution strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Sell Regional & Store level client leadership on J.Crew credit card program benefits
  • Maintain relationships through effective communication and store visits
  • Develop in-store product execution strategies and training for store leaders
  • Manage travel budget and schedule store visits effectively
  • Support new store openings and ensure credit readiness from day one

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience in Financial Services Field or Retail Store Management
  • In lieu of degree, HS diploma/GED and 5+ years’ experience in Financial Services Field or Retail Store Management
  • Minimum of 3 years field or outside sales experience
  • Minimum of 2 years Client Relationship Management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience developing presentations and pitching to management
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Willing to travel up to 75% of the time
