Responsibilities
Support the SimplyBiz Mortgages Sales and Development Team, driving operational excellence, efficient administration, and high-quality service delivery.
Create, manage, and maintain member agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Administer the full agreement lifecycle, including renewals and amendments.
Act as a key contact for members and partners on administrative queries.
Support Senior Management with exclusive event coordination.
Analyze member feedback to identify service improvements.
Support onboarding to improve speed and quality.
Maintain accurate member, partner, and business information within the CRM.
Produce timely reports, dashboards, and insights for senior leadership.
Ensure CRM accuracy to support forecasting and decision-making.
Requirements
Experience using CRMs and managing the data
Experience in a sales support role
Highly organised
Comfortable working at pace
Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Experience supporting sales, adviser, or partnership teams in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong CRM and data management capability.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy.
Proactive, solutions-focused approach to improvement.
Experience in the mortgage or financial services sector (Desirable)
Understanding of compliance frameworks within regulated environments (Desirable)
Familiarity with adviser mortgage clubs or membership-based propositions (Desirable).
