Partner Excellence Manager overseeing partner ramp, performance, and success at Pigment. Collaborating with teams to ensure effective training and support for partners in business planning.
Responsibilities
You get assigned a portfolio of partners. They are YOUR TEAM. You manage their ramp, performance, & long term success:
dedicating a fixed amount of time to assist in their active implementations
Organize & support their internal training
You monitor the progress of their implementations & report on it internally
Our team runs the consultant's certification program. Expect to run the trainings, meet a lot of people, assess and certify them
Act as the main point of contact for the qualification and initial training of new partners.
Support the Partner Excellence Program through operational tasks, process improvements, and other initiatives: mostly training & reporting (in Pigment)
Collaborate closely with the Partner Account Manager to align the sales strategy and the quality of partners' work.
Requirements
Leading experience in managing EPM or related implementations, ideally with a team of partners
Strong technical background (with experience in EPM ideally) or related products
Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
Experience in partner management, customer success, or a related field.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
