About the role

  • HR Intern in an international team supporting recruitment and onboarding processes at PHOENIX Business Services. Gaining experience in HR operations and administration within a pharmaceutical services provider in Vilnius.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process with screening and scheduling interviews with candidates.
  • Participate in the coordination of the new hire orientation & onboarding.
  • Create communication posts for internal and external communication.
  • Support office and HR administration.
  • Take part in different team meetings, events, etc.

Requirements

  • Enrolled student in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, Business Administration, or related subjects.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset.
  • Strive for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Strong English language skills (both verbal & written).
