About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Advisor managing recruitment cycle for Pharmascience. Developing innovative strategies and influencing talent search for internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the full recruitment lifecycle for all types of positions across the company, including internal transfers.
  • Develop innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Advise and influence hiring managers in sourcing talent for their teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Represent the company at recruitment events to attract top industry talent.
  • Maintain an active network of potential candidates for current and future needs.
  • Develop partnerships with external organizations to diversify candidate attraction methods.
  • Contribute to the improvement and standardization of recruitment-related processes.
  • Promote a positive candidate experience and contribute to the development of the employer brand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations.
  • 5 to 7 years of recruitment experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Creative mindset and curiosity for new trends.
  • Familiarity with a variety of recruitment platforms.
  • Experience and sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter (asset).
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong planning skills and a focus on process optimization.
  • Autonomy, flexibility, initiative, and rigor.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrates initiative and creativity in problem-solving.
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and SharePoint (Intranet).
  • CRHA designation (Certified Human Resources Professional) is an asset.
