Responsibilities
Manage job requisition workflows in our ATS - Workday.
Ensure accurate governance, compliance and real‑time status updates.
Maintain strong data integrity across all recruitment activity.
Advertise roles across internal and external platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
Work closely with hiring managers to craft compelling, accurate job adverts tailored to each discipline.
Review CVs and conduct initial screening where appropriate.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process.
Maintain compliant, accurate candidate records.
Monitor application progress and support candidate system access when needed.
Use a range of sourcing tools, talent pools, job boards and networks.
Build and nurture pipelines across diverse role types and future workforce requirements.
Engage passive talent to support long‑term attraction and strategic hiring.
Requirements
Proven experience recruiting across a range of role types (e.g., operational, technical, engineering, corporate, professional).
Ability to adapt sourcing and engagement strategies based on the role discipline and its complexity.
Experience with Workday or similar ATS platforms.
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
Confident communicator with polished written and verbal communication.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies at different stages with ease.
Rail experience is welcome but not essential.
