Talent Acquisition Specialist managing full-cycle recruiting processes for PFH Technology Group in Little Island, Cork. Responsible for sourcing and onboarding candidates for IT departments with strong stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the Full end to end hiring for large volume within IT departments that include permanent and contract hires
Identifying, attracting, and assist in the on-boarding of top talent to efficiently and effectively meet dynamic business needs
Responsible for sourcing candidates, through various channels using our Applicant Tracking System, Online Souring and referrals
Pre-screen candidates, scheduling interviews and selecting high quality candidates
Guide and Support Hiring Managers in the recruitment process
Manage fluid hiring timelines and volumes
Develop relationships with all relevant hiring managers and clients to identify current needs and any potential future needs across all business units
Ensure superior candidate experience in a very busy work environment
Create and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Focus on continuous improvement and make suggestions to improve the talent acquisition process, policies and strategy
Provide timely reporting of key metrics
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT or Business
3+ years prior recruitment experience, ideally with an IT recruitment
Previous recruitment agency or in-house experience
Excellent Stakeholder Management and adaptability
Strong communication and writing skills
Experience of working with all levels of colleagues and candidates
