Responsibilities
You independently manage and advise our customers by telephone.
Preparing and calculating quotations, following them up, and closing orders are part of your responsibilities.
You handle incoming complaints and returns and ensure a fast, customer-oriented resolution.
You provide training for specialist contractors on our products in the heating and ventilation sector.
You independently create hydraulic schematics and size/design underfloor heating and ventilation systems.
You work transparently with field sales colleagues and actively support them.
Requirements
A technical vocational qualification in sanitary/heating/air-conditioning (SHK) and relevant professional experience
Enthusiasm for coordinating complex orders and a liking for telephone-based customer contact
