About the role

  • Account Executive at ProArch responsible for acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships. Focused on IT solutions including cloud services and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve growth targets.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to become a trusted advisor.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations of our solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize sales deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and drive customer success.
  • Track sales performance and prepare reports for executive management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT sales or related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, especially cloud, cybersecurity, and software development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for technology.
  • Ability to travel as necessary to meet clients and attend industry events.
