About the role

  • Senior Integrated Campaigns Manager leading and executing campaign strategies for B2B brand, Perk. Driving measurable impact through integrated marketing efforts across North America.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of Perk’s integrated campaigns, spanning brand awareness, top-of-funnel demand, and pipeline acceleration. Translate global strategy into campaigns that resonate locally and deliver impact.
  • Design and deliver campaigns across a wide mix of channels — including paid social, video, audio, OOH, digital, CTV and more — with a clear point of view on the role each plays within the funnel.
  • Bring a deep understanding of the North American media landscape, audiences, and buying behaviours. Partner with media agencies and internal teams to define the right channel, audience, and investment mix and measurement plan for the region.
  • Collaborate closely with Digital Marketing, Creative, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and external agencies to define objectives, shape messaging, oversee creative development.
  • Define success metrics and KPIs spanning brand, engagement, demand, and pipeline. Work with Data and Digital teams to monitor performance, optimize in-flight, and deliver clear post-campaign analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Stay on top of emerging platforms, formats, and trends in B2B and consumer marketing. Bring fresh ideas, creative ambition, and smart experimentation into our campaigns to help Perk stand out in a crowded SaaS market.
  • Own and manage campaign and media budgets for North America, ensuring efficient investment and clear ROI.

Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience in integrated marketing and campaign leadership, ideally within B2B SaaS or high-growth technology companies
  • Proven track record of delivering full-funnel campaigns in North America that drive measurable outcomes across brand, demand, and pipeline
  • Demonstrable experience working across media buying and paid, earned, and owned channels, with confidence across formats including video, audio, OOH, CTV and digital
  • Experience of managing brand and demand media budgets and implementing measurement approaches such as incrementality studies, lift studies and MMM to understand the effect of brand marketing
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution
  • Excellent understanding of how brand and demand work together in B2B growth and how to measure this
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and stakeholders
  • High creative standards, with an eye for storytelling, messaging, and standout execution
  • Data-literate and results-driven, using insight to guide decisions and optimization
  • Experience managing agency relationships, or experience in a media and/or creative agency
