About the role

  • As a RevOps Support Agent, provide operational support for corporate rate management and customer experience. Collaborate with internal teams and hotel suppliers to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Provide essential operational support across corporate rate requests
  • Manage corporate rate requests, coordinating with Account Management and Implementation teams
  • Facilitate loading of rates into the GDS and troubleshoot issues
  • Support post-implementation updates, handling technical platform tasks
  • Act as central point of contact for internal stakeholders and hotel suppliers
  • Ensure data accuracy while contributing feedback to improve team processes and efficiency
