Customer Success Manager overseeing implementations and enhancing client relationships in logistics SaaS. Driving customer success and identifying upselling opportunities while collaborating with support and sales teams.
Responsibilities
Manage the entire implementation of our solution and track scope, time, and budget.
Cooperate with Implementation Consultants for physical implementation at customer sites.
Guide customers through the QuickStart onboarding journey and drive early value realization.
Ensure excellent customer success through consistent contact and maximizing returns on investment in Peripass.
Collaborate with the Customer Support Advisor for complex issue resolution.
Initiate improvements in Customer Success processes.
Drive growth in the customer portfolio and assist the sales team with cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements
At least a bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in a SaaS company.
Building a great customer journey and seeing customers who are happy with your product.
Ability to develop a warm and pleasant relationship with client contacts.
Proficiency in analyzing and optimizing processes.
Preparedness for meetings with senior management.
Ability to communicate effectively across various departments.
Diplomatic yet assertive communication style.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
Awareness of Information Security & Cyber Security.
