Responsibilities
Assume full commercial responsibility for driving sales of Polyurethanes in a dynamic and competitive environment.
Take ownership of selling Polyurethanes systems to the North African market.
Educate customers about the unique properties and benefits of Polyurethanes for their specific needs.
Manage and grow a portfolio of complex accounts by identifying new business opportunities.
Maintain strong and lasting relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Propose Polyurethane-based solutions tailored to address customer challenges.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to secure growth opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing colleagues to develop strategies positioning Polyurethanes as the preferred choice in target sectors.
Provide tailored solutions that meet customer technical and commercial requirements, including offering technical support.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry or a related scientific field.
A minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience within the chemical business, ideally with exposure to the North African market.
Knowledge of the chemistry and processing is highly advantageous.
Knowledge of Arabic, French, English and Italian is mandatory.
Strong negotiation, decision-making and communication skills, coupled with a winning mentality and growth-oriented mindset.
A self-motivated and conscientious individual with a customer-focused approach and the ability to thrive in a competitive environment.
A valid driving license and a willingness to travel throughout North Africa and abroad as needed.
