About the role

Responsibilities

  • Developing and managing trusted relationships with strategically important accounts (Merchants)
  • Developing and managing relationships with partners and external suppliers
  • Managing internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and in line with customer needs delivery of agreed services
  • Coordinating development efforts, and achievement of commercial targets
  • Timely and accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders
  • Project management by making necessary changes based on specific client needs
  • Providing support for key issues in the post-sales phase, ensuring first line assistance

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development / sales roles
  • Previous proven working experience in Digital Payments area and in management of Merchant customers
  • Deep knowledge of banking market landscape and strong understanding of acquiring and payment industry
  • Organized team player with a positive “can do” attitude and with that a determination to succeed in a challenging and competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication, project management and presentation skills will be required to manage across stakeholders, partners, clients
  • Ability to travel within Greece
  • Bachelor's and/or master’s degree
  • Excellent command of English & Greek language.
