Responsibilities
Implement and continuously improve the local the Reliability Solutions sales strategy and tactics throughout the agreed region, developing the business leveraging Emerson’s product portfolio
Identify and prospect, develop, drive, and close sales opportunities
Own the allocated order budget throughout each fiscal year
Account management for assigned customers
Actively collaborate with the local and European sales team to support market growth across the Nordic region
Requirements
Process industry fluency and application knowledge is mandatory
A minimum of three years experience in direct selling in a complex technical and commercial sales environment
Degree level in Engineering discipline or equivalent
Good communication and presentation skills, both verbally and in writing – Norwegian as well as English fluency required
Experience of developing successful relationships internally and externally, cross functionally, within a matrix organization
Ability and willingness to travel (domestically) in order to fulfil duties of the role, expected 25% of time
