About the role

  • Director of Sales for the Delphix brand at Perforce, leading sales strategy and team management. Responsible for achieving goals, developing sales programs, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and manage the Sales team to achieve department and organizational goals.
  • Provide leadership for the Sales team, including sales forecasting, territory assignments, sales coaching, talent planning, budgeting, and commission planning.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to establish and execute strong sales strategies and objectives.
  • Drive the creation and execution of sales enablement program materials.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by understanding market opportunities and customer needs to drive revenue growth
