Responsibilities
You are the first point of contact for our new customers and handle communication via telephone and email
You assess the needs and personal situation of customers and contribute significantly to lead generation
You research potential prospects and customers
You document presentations, calls, and visits in our CRM software
You maintain contact with existing prospects and nurture relationships
You schedule and coordinate appointments for the sales team (reference customer visits, workshops, presentations, etc.)
You assist with trade show preparation and execution
You handle the pre- and post-processing of trade show contacts
You represent the company at industry trade shows
You regularly analyze competitors and the market
Requirements
Commercial training (e.g., business apprenticeship) or equivalent qualifications
Good knowledge of current IT technologies and software products, especially ERP and CRM
Experience with and willingness to make first contact with potential customers
Strong communication skills
Enthusiasm, assertiveness, and sociability are among your strengths
A service-oriented mindset is your top priority
Ability to work independently while actively collaborating with the team
Knowledge of the IT sector as well as the agricultural and food industries is an advantage
