About the role

  • Area Sales Manager managing distributor sales teams for Nestlé's Grocery Sales division in the South region. Delivering sales results while coaching team members and engaging with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage direct account and/or distributor sales teams to deliver sales results as per the set objectives
  • Work closely with the sales team including coaching the team members intensively
  • Actively engage with Regional Sales Manager and Area Sales Executive to optimize cost and maximize sustainable sales growth opportunity
  • Ensure adherence of the responsible sales team to all Company principles and policies
  • Manage & strengthen the business partnership with local key account customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in distributor sales management
  • Have driving license
  • Strong knowledge in field sales cycle planning
  • Good command of English communication with computer skills (MS-Office applications)
  • At least 3 years of experience in supervisory level with direct subordinates.
