About the role

  • Sales Manager developing B2B business for sustainable design solutions with a focus on customer acquisition and project management

Responsibilities

  • As Sales Manager (m/f/d) you are responsible for expanding our B2B end-customer business
  • You manage existing customers, develop key accounts, and actively acquire new clients
  • You work closely with project management and support customers from the first inquiry through to successful project handover
  • Provide consultation on greening concepts and design solutions
  • Perform up-selling and cross-selling with new and existing customers
  • Prepare proposals and orders and manage project execution

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally in project-based, interior, or design environments
  • Confident presence and enjoyment of customer interaction
  • Structured and independent working style, strong communication skills, and solid negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 30%)
  • Fluent in German and English
