Responsibilities

  • Gain initial experience or deepen skills in Photoshop, InDesign and HTML
  • Write press releases and assist in producing marketing materials
  • Support the team with recruitment marketing measures, online marketing and social media presence, as well as content creation
  • Maintain and optimize the customer database
  • Organize internal and external events and trade shows
  • Learn key aspects of a modern recruiting process and provide support

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Communications, Social Sciences, Humanities or a related field
  • Enthusiasm for online media and enjoyment of creative work
  • Quick to learn and eager to develop new skills
  • Confident communicator with a professional manner
  • Quick comprehension, able to work independently and curious
  • Business-fluent German
  • Enrollment at a college or university
