About the role

  • Payroll Associate responsible for payroll processing and administrative tasks in a hybrid role. Ensuring timely payroll runs and providing support for employee benefits and pensions administration.

Responsibilities

  • Creates, terminates, and inactivates employees' records
  • Calculates payroll manually, as needed
  • Assist in Payroll reports preparation and validation
  • Process payroll on a biweekly basis
  • Administering Deductions and Benefits manually, as needed.
  • Provide employee support through ticket management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Graduate of any Finance or Business-related course or related experience
  • 1 - 2 years of experience on the field, but Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Conscious and know how to handle confidentiality
  • Attention / keen to detail
  • Trainable
  • Commitment to continuous learning
