About the role

  • Advanced Specialist in Customer Service Enablement guiding operations and service delivery across South Asia. Overseeing procurement, vendor management, and customer query resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day administrative operations ensuring tasks are completed on time
  • Oversee vendor management, SLAs, and annual maintenance agreements
  • Drive procurement operations including planning, purchase orders, inventory, and logistics
  • Serve as a central point for customer servicing supporting students and external partners
  • Resolve complex customer queries across Edexcel, BTEC, and PTE
  • Manage financial operations including expense claims and bank processes
  • Maintain reporting dashboards and prepare regular reports

Requirements

  • Strong administrative, operational, and customer-facing experience
  • Ideally within a multinational or education-focused environment
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities across different teams
