About the role
- Customer Service & Junior Property Expert role at Evalion involves customer communication and real estate valuation tasks. Position supports creation of expert assessments under guidance in Berlin or hybrid.
Responsibilities
- Customer communication and customer service: you are the first point of contact for customers after they have submitted an order to us
- Support in preparing property appraisal reports under the guidance of experienced appraisers
- You help us assess properties (residential and commercial) in accordance with current legal requirements
- You review documents and, by applying your (new) expertise and various valuation methods, determine the actual value of a property
- You assist in preparing appraisal reports and analyze all relevant factors of a property
- You have a passion for real estate and are interested in property valuation — with opportunities for advancement and further training
Requirements
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented manner
- Coordination skills: you can juggle different inquiries, customers and topics simultaneously
- Ideally: professional experience in the real estate sector
- Alternatively (if junior): experience with and a strong interest in real estate; diligence and motivation to learn quickly
- Initial knowledge of real estate markets and valuation guidelines
- Structured and analytical working style and a strong focus on quality
- Confident use of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
