Responsibilities

  • Active account portfolio management focused on retention and expansion;
  • Development of structured account plans;
  • Ongoing identification of cross-sell and upsell opportunities;
  • Proactive management of churn risk;
  • Leading renewals and repricing when necessary;
  • Strategic collaboration with internal teams to unlock growth.

Requirements

  • Experience managing B2B accounts;
  • Proven track record of revenue expansion;
  • Commercial mindset and results-oriented;
  • Comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders;
  • Ability to balance relationship management and performance;
  • Structured approach to metrics and CRM management;
  • Experience in fintech or payments;
  • Experience working in regulated environments;
  • Experience with aggressive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets.
