  • The Customer Service Manager is the operational backbone of the company, ensuring seamless coordination between customers, technicians, and internal systems.

  • No two days will look the same – you’ll be deeply involved in daily operations while helping set the foundation for long-term success.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, office management, dispatch, or customer service within HOME SERVICES (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or similar preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with scheduling and dispatching technicians
  • ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle calls, resolve issues, and maintain professionalism
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working independently and making day-to-day operational decisions
  • Basic understanding of accounts receivable, memberships, and service warranties
  • Proficient with technology, including CRM systems, scheduling software, and social media platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Preferred (Not Required)
  • Experience in a startup or growing business environment
  • Familiarity with AI tools or third-party call centers
  • Marketing or social media management experience
