Requirements
3+ years of experience in operations, office management, dispatch, or customer service within HOME SERVICES (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or similar preferred)
Hands-on experience with scheduling and dispatching technicians
ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle calls, resolve issues, and maintain professionalism
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working independently and making day-to-day operational decisions
Basic understanding of accounts receivable, memberships, and service warranties
Proficient with technology, including CRM systems, scheduling software, and social media platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience in a startup or growing business environment
Familiarity with AI tools or third-party call centers
