Responsibilities
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive demand generation strategies aligned with overall business goals.
Define and implement multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Plan, execute, and optimize demand generation campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to digital advertising, content marketing, email, webinars, and events.
Work with Marketing Operations and Marketing Automation team members to create, test, and optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement trial and demo generation programs to capture and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead qualification and handover processes.
Monitor and analyze the performance of demand generation campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing and leadership teams.
Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and tactics for continuous improvement.
Work closely with content creators, designers, web team, paid team, and other marketing team members to develop compelling and effective campaign assets.
Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience (5 years) in demand generation within a B2B SaaS environment.
Product Led Growth experience strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
