Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to support tickets in a timely manner.
  • Install and configure software and hardware.
  • Provide remote technical assistance to users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues.
  • Maintain IT inventory and asset management.
  • Adhere to security best practices and policies.
  • Proactively escalate complex incidents to the appropriate competence centers.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of IT support principles and practices.
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar role (4+ years for Seniors).
  • Experience with remote support tools.
  • Experience with ticketing systems.
  • Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Knowledge of network troubleshooting and basic network configuration.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Polish and English language - advanced.
