Responsibilities
Manage the sales team in a country.
Collaborate to set sales targets and develop strategies specifically for attracting, retaining and aiming to accelerate admins , monitoring performance of commercial activities using key metrics.
Build a strong internal and external communications strategy as well as the public affairs of Payjoy, aligned to our mission and principles.
Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.).
Oversee and continuously improve Sales Promoters processes, including but not limited to training, sales, operations, logistics, billing, financial proposals, and sales documentation.
Lead the Panama office in the absence of the Country Manager, owning day-to-day leadership and serving as a cultural role model who instills PayJoy’s values across the country
Be the Legal Representative of the country’s operations
Requirements
Bachelor in business administration, finance or relevant field
Minimum of +8 years of leadership experience in Sales, Marketing and/or Growth with an emphasis on cross-functional and transformation projects, including 2+ years as a people leader.
Experience driving transformative initiatives that bring together internal and external communication, people, processes, data/insights and technology into solutions to business problems related to all aspects of the pre & post-sales customer journey, highly focused on the acquisition of new customers and retention of the current ones.
Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes and understanding of market research methods and analysis.
Effective communication and active listening to understand the Sales teams requirements or identify pain points to propose effective solutions
Ability to analyze market data and trends to broader strategic insights
Ability to understand and work with Sales funnel concepts
