Business Manager position in B2B handling commercial relationships and solutions at Vivo, a leading telecommunications company in Brazil.
Responsibilities
Provide B2B customer service, maintaining a portfolio of B2B clients and closing new deals through consultative selling;
Present Vivo's portfolio of solutions and serve customers through digital channels (inside sales);
Sell Mobile and Fixed Telephony products, IT solutions, advanced technologies and value-added services;
Monitor channel and portfolio KPIs, analyze data and execute commercial actions to meet and exceed targets;
Monitor the sales pipeline, identifying blockers, backlogs and pending issues that may impact deal closures;
Prepare and track daily sales reports;
Resolve critical situations through ongoing contact with customers and internal teams.
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office to support daily commercial routines, controls and analyses;
Commercial profile with a drive to get things done, results-oriented, consultative approach and active listening to understand customers' real needs;
Entrepreneurial mindset, with ownership mentality, responsibility for your portfolio and commitment to delivery;
Affinity with digital, interest in technology and innovation, and ease in learning and using software and systems;
Organized, planning-oriented and disciplined, able to prioritize tasks, work with a sense of urgency and complete daily demands;

Previous experience selling Telecom products is desirable: Mobile and Fixed Telephony, IT solutions, advanced technologies and value-added services — a plus;
