Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience
- demonstrated experience at senior management level in a large complex organisation with proven success in the delivery of large and complex projects, on time and within budget, with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience in working with local government to manage complex project risks and issues
- Program management and project planning expertise in the transport industry
- Knowledge of Government planning approval and statutory processes
- Demonstrated experience in economic analysis and evaluation methods for asset management within an integrated total asset management context
- Experience developing and maintaining strong collaborative working relationships to meet stakeholders' expectations
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where delivery on tight deadlines is critical.
- Self-starter with strong relationship building, collaboration and communication skills to drive outcomes
