Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Systems Engineering, or related fields.
5+ years of experience in technical field service or industrial service roles.
3+ years of experience leading or supervising technical teams.
Proven experience managing operational and financial KPIs.
Experience handling technical escalations and applying industrial safety practices.
Services contract management experience.
