About the role
- Business Development Representative engaging restaurants, bars, and chains to drive growth for PayFacto. Identifying leads and presenting value of solutions while collaborating with marketing.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target new accounts (independent operators, franchises, chains)
- Execute multichannel campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, video)
- Present the value of our solutions to prospects and potential clients
- Collaborate with marketing to refine personas and the ICP
- Track opportunities in the CRM and ensure proactive follow-up
- Represent PayFacto at industry events and webinars
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B prospecting or SaaS business development
- Knowledge of POS technologies / integrated payments (an asset)
- Ability to persuade and build long-lasting relationships
- Strong discipline, persistence, and a hunter mentality
- Comfortable with modern sales tools (Outreach, Apollo, HubSpot)
