Responsibilities
Maintenance and ongoing administration of our HR systems.
Management of recurring employee lifecycle requests (e.g., changes to master data).
Independently handle employee registrations and deregistrations (onboarding/offboarding) and organize trial workdays.
Support for preliminary payroll processing as well as review and settlement of travel expense claims.
Preparation of various reports to support payroll and HR analyses.
Support recruiters in applicant management (CV checks, interview coordination, job postings).
Independently coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding activities for new employees.
Organization of internal training sessions and events.
Participation in HR initiatives for process optimization and digitalization — including the use of AI tools.
Requirements
A relevant degree in HR/personnel management is an advantage but not mandatory.
More important to us is that you work independently, accurately, and think and act innovatively.
You have some practical experience in HR, ideally in preliminary payroll processing or employment law.
You work extremely precisely, handle sensitive data responsibly, and have a solid numerical aptitude.
You are confident with MS Office and already have some experience with HR software.
You enjoy both strategic thinking and operational work and bring a pronounced hands-on mentality.
You have excellent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken.
You are enthusiastic about notebooks, leather, and craftsmanship.
