Strategic HR Business Partner for Operations, using data and consultative leadership to drive organizational performance and people initiatives.
Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner to Operations leadership, providing consultative support on people, organizational structure, performance, and organization-related matters;
Support business decisions through analysis of people metrics, such as team sizing, payroll costs, organizational impact, and operational efficiency;
Contribute to strategic recruitment, organizational development, and performance management in partnership with HR specialist teams;
Prepare and deliver executive materials, analyses, and presentations to support decision-making;
Work autonomously without direct formal leadership, prioritizing requests, structuring diagnostics, and proposing solutions;
Support engagement initiatives, organizational climate, and culture strengthening, translating business needs into action plans;
Use data, analytical tools, and technology resources (including AI as a support) to generate insights and strategic recommendations;
Consistently act as an internal business consultant, balancing people perspective, strategy, and results.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed (Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering, Human Resources, or related fields);
Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner or Specialist, working in complex organizational contexts;
Previous experience with operations and/or engineering areas;
Strong analytical capability, with ability to read and interpret metrics, size teams, analyze payroll costs, and assess organizational impacts;
Mature and structured communication, able to interact across different leadership levels, including C‑Level;
Ability to operate with high autonomy, organization, and sense of priority;
Experience structuring reports, analyses, and executive presentations;
Consistent use of data and analytical tools, familiar with technology and AI as decision-making support;
