About the role

  • Business Analyst focused on CRM optimization driving revenue growth for top-tier clients. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiencies and alignment.

Responsibilities

  • In-depth business analysis and process understanding to identify current challenges, improvement opportunities, and recommend effective CRM solutions;
  • Gather and document business requirements related to CRM processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs. Prepare tasks and collaborate with development;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reflection of changes within the CRM system, and communicate these updates to impacted departments;
  • Educate and influence stakeholders across the organization to ensure optimal use of CRM functionalities, promoting best practices and user adoption.

Requirements

  • Experience working as a Business Analyst in a project environment, delivering IT-enabled changes;
  • Strong skills to map out current-state ("as-is") and future-state ("to-be") processes. Experience creating process diagrams that help identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or opportunities for automation and improvement;
  • Experience managing or supporting cross-functional projects related to revenue operations processes;
  • Hands-on experience across the full project delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering, testing, release, and post-implementation support;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively, prioritize competing demands;
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a continuous improvement mindset and a drive to identify and implement process changes;
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working collaboratively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams;
  • Great communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • Fluency in both Lithuanian and English (written and spoken).
