- Identify deviations and work with operations teams to understand root causes and propose corrective actions.
- Create and maintain performance dashboards and reports.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses of operational and quality KPIs.
- Anticipate risks, propose improvements and suggest structural adjustments to processes.
- Prepare studies and executive presentations with a clear, objective and strategic perspective.

- Solid experience in data analysis and KPI management.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

- Strong communication skills for interacting with operations, leadership and suppliers.
- Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Data Studio or equivalents).
- Proactive profile with good communication and logical reasoning for problem solving.
