Responsibilities
Map, document, and model all processes within the directorate using market-standard tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio, Bizagi, Lucidchart, among others).
Build As-Is flowcharts and propose To-Be visions with a focus on operational efficiency.
Analyze processes to identify improvement opportunities in time, cost, waste, rework, automation, and other areas.
Prepare and present diagnostics and recommendations to support decision-making.
Request solutions from the automations and dashboards team, translating business needs into clear technical requirements.
Monitor automation and development execution through to final delivery.
Assist in prioritizing the directorate's process improvement requests.
Facilitate alignment with impacted areas, ensuring understanding, adherence, and engagement with changes.
Act as a change agent, influencing stakeholders on the importance of continuous improvement.
Develop effective methods to measure the area's performance, including creating and tracking KPIs and process performance indicators.
Monitor the directorate's performance against strategic objectives, updating indicators and proposing adjustments as needed.
Support project management initiatives, ensuring timelines, scope, and governance are met.
Analyze data, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, generate insights, and provide reliable, structured information to support leadership's strategic and operational decisions.
Identify automation opportunities using tools such as Power BI, Excel*, SQL, Python, and Power Automate*.
Serve as a facilitator between the directorate's management, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders, promoting clear communication, collaboration, and expectation alignment.
Conduct meetings with an analytical mindset, results orientation, and strategic perspective.
Plan, execute, monitor, and close strategic projects, ensuring value delivery within defined scope, time, cost, and quality.
Identify, analyze, and manage risks, changes, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
Promote the adoption of continuous improvement best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
Postgraduate degree in Project Management, Process Management, or Strategic Management will be considered a plus.
Black Belt certification will be considered an advantage.
Desirable to hold recognized certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, BPM (Business Process Management), BPMN 2.0, Design Thinking, or Lean Office.
