About the role

Responsibilities

  • Document control and organization: Analyze and classify documents, ensuring the integrity and accessibility of information;
  • Creation and maintenance of spreadsheets: Produce reports and administrative controls using tools such as Excel to monitor indicators, deadlines and requests;
  • Support for purchasing and payment processes: Enter requisitions, orders and invoices into ERP systems (such as SAP), and track approvals and payment deadlines;
  • Internal stakeholder support: Provide administrative support to requesting departments, acting as a facilitator in resolving issues and forwarding processes;
  • Contract and due-date management: Monitor contract terms, invoice due dates and administrative obligations, issuing alerts and updates as needed;
  • Monitoring internal processes: Assist in the routing of administrative processes, ensuring compliance with organizational workflows and policies;
  • Development and monitoring of controls: Create, maintain and report internal controls for the area's activities. Create and track KPIs for internal processes. Provide management with periodic visibility through spreadsheets and presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed.
  • Driver's license desirable (CNH).
  • Postgraduate degree and Yellow Belt certification (or higher) will be considered a plus.
  • Microsoft Office suite
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel
  • Intermediate/Advanced PowerPoint
  • Basic Power BI
  • Basic/Intermediate MS Project
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA desirable.
