Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy, Technology, or related fields;
- Postgraduate degree preferred in Corporate Education, Digital Learning, People Management, or Innovation.
- Advanced English.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Training & Development, with direct work with technology audiences.
- Knowledge of AI, automation, cloud, data literacy, and technology trends;
- Experience with agile methodologies and modern engineering practices;
- Facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills;
- Creativity and innovation in educational solutions;
- Familiarity with digital platforms and e-learning tools;
- Availability to travel.
