Requirements
- Previous experience in Customer Experience, Quality or Operations.
- Experience with performance indicators (NPS, CSAT, SLA).
- Intermediate/advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, analyses).
- Analytical skills and critical interpretation of data.
- Organized with clear written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools is desirable.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
