About the role

  • HR Manager overseeing HR operations across 4 countries at OVRSEA, focusing on integration and collaboration with teams.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee OVRSEA’s HR function across four countries
  • Manage and lead a team
  • Ensure smooth HR operations and a high-quality employee experience from onboarding to offboarding
  • Collaborate with HR teams from the two other group companies to harmonize HR policies, processes, and HR software
  • Contribute to the success of the integration plan through people engagement
  • Provide regular HR reporting to the Executive Committee

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Preferably with experience in an international environment
  • Preferably with managerial experience
  • Fluent French required and professional-level English essential
  • Spanish or Italian are a plus
  • Knowledge of the Syntec and/or Transports collective bargaining agreements is a plus
