Responsibilities
Oversee OVRSEA’s HR function across four countries
Manage and lead a team
Ensure smooth HR operations and a high-quality employee experience from onboarding to offboarding
Collaborate with HR teams from the two other group companies to harmonize HR policies, processes, and HR software
Contribute to the success of the integration plan through people engagement
Provide regular HR reporting to the Executive Committee
Requirements
8–10 years of experience in Human Resources
Preferably with experience in an international environment
Preferably with managerial experience
Fluent French required and professional-level English essential
Spanish or Italian are a plus
Knowledge of the Syntec and/or Transports collective bargaining agreements is a plus
