About the role

  • Recruitment Associate supporting HR recruiting processes at Hive Health, developing sourcing strategies and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Collaboration with department heads and external agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Support the entire recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with the HR Business Partner, department heads, and external agencies to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct initial assessments.
  • Maintain candidate databases, track recruitment metrics, and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post job openings on appropriate platforms.
  • Source and recruit candidates using databases and social media.
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Onboard new employees to ensure full integration.
  • Monitor and apply best practices in HR recruiting.
  • Analyze Recruitment KPIs and provide detailed and analytical recruiting reports to the team.
  • Serve as a point of contact and build strong candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Promote the company’s reputation as an excellent workplace
  • Perform other related tasks required by the business

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related course
  • Demonstrated professional experience as a Recruiter, either in-house or with a staffing agency
  • Proficient in conducting various interview formats
  • Hands-on familiarity with diverse selection methods, such as video and phone interviews, and conducting reference checks
  • Experienced in creating HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Effective decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in Ortigas at least once a week
