About the role

  • Tech Recruiter responsible for end to end recruitment processes in technology, aligning strategies with clients and producing market insights. Working hybrid in São Paulo.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end technology recruitment processes (from briefing to hiring).
  • Align candidate profile and hunting strategy directly with clients.
  • Map the market, perform active sourcing and conduct interviews using our methodology.
  • Manage pipeline, provide feedback, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Support clients in defining profiles, crafting offers, and decision-making.
  • Produce reports and talent market insights.
  • Work hybrid in the West Zone of São Paulo.

Requirements

  • Senior experience as a Recruiter / Tech Recruiter in end-to-end processes.
  • Strong background with technology roles (engineering, product, data, QA, martech).
  • Experience in recruitment consulting or environments serving multiple clients.
  • Proficiency in active sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, market mapping).
  • Ability to lead strategic briefings and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Advanced English for conversational recruitment contexts (to be tested during interview, presenting candidates).
  • Availability to work hybrid in the West Zone of São Paulo.
