About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Specialist managing the recruitment process for our European Talent Acquisition team. Responsible for sourcing talents and collaborating with hiring managers and HR.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including intake calls, job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and pre-boarding.
  • Source and attract top talents through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct talent mapping to identify and engage with potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR department to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Drive and participate in EMEA Clinics / EMEA People initiatives and projects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within our industry.
  • A strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter is essential; Workday is preferred).
  • Essential: proficiency in French and English (B2+/C1).
