About the role

  • Performance Marketing Manager leading Opal’s paid acquisition and growth strategies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid role based in Paris.

Responsibilities

  • Own Paid Growth Execution
  • Run and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google/YouTube, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, and more
  • Manage budgets, bids, audiences, and creatives with a clear ROAS/payback mindset
  • Lead UA & Creative Strategy on Performance
  • Turn growth goals into channel strategies, testing roadmaps, and briefs
  • Work with the creative team to ship fast, high-volume creative iterations
  • Run Experiments & A/B Tests
  • Design and run tests on audiences, creatives, funnels, and offers
  • Capture learnings clearly and feed them into the next round of experiments
  • Analyze, Report, Decide
  • Use our attribution setup and internal dashboards to understand performance
  • Connect ad performance to in-app behavior, retention, and revenue with data & product
  • Collaborate Across the Growth Loop
  • Partner with product and lifecycle to acquire the right users and set them up for success
  • Bring performance insights into broader growth and creative initiatives (e.g., web funnels, NFC)

Requirements

  • ~2–3 years in UA or Performance Marketing (apps or web)
  • Hands-on experience on Meta and at least one other major platform
  • Comfortable with ROAS, CAC, CPA, LTV, payback, and attribution basics
  • Able to turn data into clear decisions and next tests
  • Instinct for what makes a performance creative work, and how to test/iterate
  • Interest in product and growth loops, not just CPI
  • Organized, reliable, fast in execution
  • Clear communicator across creative, product, and data
  • Ready to take ownership within an existing, well-built setup
  • Nice to Have: Web performance experience (funnels, landing pages, web attribution), Strong product-growth lens.
  • Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken)
