About the role

  • Performance Marketing Manager at Upway focuses on customer acquisition via performance marketing strategies. Leading execution and optimization of marketing campaigns for electric mobility.

Responsibilities

  • Build a comprehensive Performance Marketing strategy (SEA, paid Social Media, Affiliates, etc.) aiming at driving traffic and generating revenues for our European business.
  • Launch and continuously optimize campaigns (bids, keywords, creatives, landing pages, etc.) to increase their overall profitability.
  • Closely monitor campaigns performance by implementing best practices in terms of attribution and by building dashboards.
  • Allocate our Performance Marketing budget (millions of Euros per year!) efficiently across platforms and campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in Marketing analytics or related fields such as business consulting.
  • Stellar analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • An entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Proficiency with Performance Marketing platforms (mostly Google Ads and Meta Ads).
  • Experience working with Performance Marketing tracking tools and attribution mechanisms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager).
  • Good communication skills to present results in an informative and persuasive way to a wide range of stakeholders (Co-Founders, General Managers, Tech).
  • SQL proficiency is a plus.
