About the role

  • Onboarding Specialist facilitating smooth transitions for new customers using software solutions. Support customers to quickly understand product value and achieve a positive onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

  • You ensure a smooth and successful onboarding of our new customers to our software solutions.
  • Your goal is that customers can become productive quickly, understand the value of our products, and have positive experiences from the start.
  • Through your support you lay the foundation for long-term satisfaction, successful usage, and sustainable customer relationships.
  • You take full ownership of the onboarding process – from initial intake and configuration to the successful go‑live of our trades software.
  • You competently guide new customers through every step of the onboarding, explain features and best practices, and ensure the software is optimally aligned with their workflows.
  • You conduct trainings, workshops and sessions – digitally or on-site – and support users in using the software confidently.
  • You accompany new customers through the ramp-up phase, identify potential hurdles early, and proactively address them to ensure successful implementation.
  • You work closely with Sales, Product Management and Support to collect customer feedback, optimize internal processes, and continuously improve the customer experience.

Requirements

  • You have experience in onboarding, Customer Success, customer support, or in implementation/consulting environments.
  • You ideally have experience with software solutions or SaaS products – knowledge of the trades/craft industry is a plus but not required.
  • You work proactively, in a structured and independent manner, and keep an overview even with many concurrent customer projects.
  • You are confident with digital tools, software applications and modern communication formats.
  • You stand out through friendliness, solution-orientation and excellent communication skills – both with end users and stakeholders.
  • In addition, you quickly recognize customer needs, can set priorities and build trusting relationships sustainably.
