Responsibilities
Coordinate and track onboarding tasks for new hires, including document collection, background checks, and system setup.

Liaise with Recruiting, Credentialing, and IT to ensure timely profile creation (e.g., HRIS, LMS, timekeeping tools).
Conduct Day 1 onboarding sessions (virtual or in-person) and facilitate I-9 verifications.
Ensure compliance with onboarding policies, including federal/state verification requirements and internal checklists.
Update onboarding trackers and maintain accurate employee records in systems like iCIMS or other ATS/HRIS platforms.
Support quarterly audits, visa verification reviews, and reporting needs.
Deliver excellent service and communication to new hires and internal teams.
Requirements
2+ years of HR, onboarding, or talent operations experience (healthcare experience preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with onboarding systems (e.g., iCIMS, ADP, Paycom, NetSuite)
Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams)
Able to work independently in a hybrid environment with minimal supervision
