Responsibilities

  • Designing & delivering onboarding journeys, creating and continuously improving experiences tailored to different job families and functions**
  • Being accountable for designing and delivering all touchpoints from job offer acceptance to first day**
  • Developing engaging content and communications that build excitement and connection before Day 1**
  • Collaborating across teams - Talent Acquisition Managers, Referencing, ID Centre, Learning, IT, and Facilities**
  • Tracking onboarding metrics, gather feedback, and use insights to enhance the experience continuously**
  • Managing cohorts of new joiners through the process, ensuring they receive full support and a positive journey

Requirements

  • Experience of leading end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional candidate and new hire experiences**
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement employee experience plans**
  • Proven experience in leading and embedding change initiatives across a broad group of stakeholders**
  • Strong process-oriented approach with a proactive digital mindset – with a proven track record of continuously seeking opportunities to streamline workflows and leverage technology**
  • Project management and organisational capabilities, with a proven ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver complex initiatives**
  • Ability to use onboarding metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement**
